About Ashleigh Torrance, online CBT therapist
I’m an accredited CBT therapist with more than seven years of NHS experience supporting people through anxiety, OCD, trauma and low confidence.
I offer a warm, compassionate, person-centred approach. I support you to reach your goals and to spend your time on what matters most to you.
I believe therapy should feel supportive, practical and empowering, not overwhelming or clinical. My approach goes beyond managing symptoms. I draw on aspects of CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I see adults across the UK online, and I’m based in Kent.
