About Me

I offer a warm, compassionate, person-centred approach when supporting you to reach your goals, whilst empowering you to become the best version of yourself so that you can invest your time into what matters the most to you in life. I believe therapy should feel supportive, practical and empowering — not overwhelming or clinical. My approach expands beyond solely managing your symptoms, I draw on aspects of CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Psychological Therapies (BABCP Accredited)

Diploma qualifying me to work as a CBT Therapist. I currently continue to work full-time for the NHS within a local Talking Therapies service. 

PGDip Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Interventions (BABCP Accredited)

University of Surrey

Worked full-time within the NHS, also trained as supervisor supporting trainee practitioners on their journey.

Masters in Forensic Psychology (MSc)
